We are proud to publish the 2024 version of the database.
In 2009, a database of scientific communications on the TH was developed as part of initiatives related to organizing the VIII International TH Conference, held in Madrid, Spain, in 2010. The organizing team needed to familiarize themselves with the academic output of previous events to define relevant themes for the call for papers, identify the main authors and institutions involved in the topic, and identify inactive institutions to engage them (Amaral & Ferreira, 2013). Since 2011, this database has been a project of the Triple Helix Research Group (THERG-Brazil), a research group based at the Graduate Program in Administration at Fluminense Federal University (PPGA/UFF).
Over the years, database versions have been made available to scholars. Previous versions were released in 2010, 2013, 2017, 2018, and 2022 and have been analyzed in several publications (Amaral & Messias, 2020; Rosa et al., 2018; Amaral & Ferreira, 2013; Silva & Amaral, 2022).
The 2024 dataset is a full version, including not only conferences but also academic papers published in indexed journals and other academic communications.
The database is open and can be used by any scholar.
