The Fourth Industrial Revolution, Design Thinking and the Triple Helix

The XV Triple Helix International Conference 2017, Daegu, South Korea, 14-16 September 2017

   

The XV Triple Helix International Conference in Daegu is just around Corner.  Scheduled in Daegu, Korea, 14-16, September, it will be convened with the theme of “The 4^th Industrial Revolution, Design Thinking, and Triple Helix.”The Fourth Industrial Revolution (also known as Industry 4.0) is characterized by a new social system where physical, digital, and biological dimensions are co-constructed, expected to bring about new technological opportunities as well as risks. This emerging hybrid environment can be decomposed by the Triple Helix model that seeks to encourage both knowledge sharing and functional differentiation within UIG (University-Industry-Government) relationships.
Design thinking, as a method, a strategy, an approach, or even an attitude, is widely applied and practiced across various fields. According to one of the best known definitions, it is a “human-centered approach to innovation that draws from the designer's toolkit to integrate the needs of people, the possibilities of technology, and the requirements for business success (Tim Brown, president and CEO, IDEO).”
We will discuss the challenges arising from the Fourth Industrial Revolution to innovation systems and agents in the Triple Helix, while exploring how design thinking can be applied to exploit and expand the opportunities generated by new frontiers of technology in the age of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

CALL FOR PAPERS AND REGISTRATIONS

The call for papers is still open and we will gather submissions up until the 30th of June.

Authors can submit their abstract  online 

The Early bird Registration will be open from 15^th of June up until 14th July, do not miss the chance to register with the lowest price.

Para saber quanto precisam na prova basta somar as notas dos 2 seminários, subtrair o resultado de 24 e dividir por 2. Exemplo: quem tirou 8.5 e 9.5 nos seminarios tem 18 pontos, faltam 6 para 24, logo precisa de 3,0 na prova.

A prova da segunda dia 26 será no auditório. Começando as 18h. A matéria é toda (slides, textos do seminario 1 e livro do seminário 2, exceto capítulos 6 e 7). As apresentações dos 2 seminários estão disponíveis aqui.

Convidamos Vossa Senhoria para submeter artigos à Revista REGMPE “Revista de Empreendedorismo e Gestão de Micro e pequenas Empresas” que foi publicada bimestralmente no ano de 2016, e a partir de 2017 passa a ser quadrimestral, serão recebidos para avaliação e possível publicação artigos originais, artigos de revisão de literatura, ensaios e estudos de caso. A revista é uma publicação científica periódica, editada eletronicamente pela editora Conhecimento&Ciência, com objetivo de promover a disseminação de pesquisas na área de empreendedorismo e gestão focada em micro e pequenas empresas e afins produzidas por pesquisadores nacionais e internacionais.
